9.18.09 - Battlefield work finshed ahead of schedule

Tri-State finished work in the Manassas Battlefield National Park five weeks ahead of schedule.
Six drilling crews worked simultaneously. Clean-up was exemplary, and work did not interfere with a battle reenactment taking place in another part of the park.
